The Anonymous Girl by Holy Ghost Writer

Holy Ghost Writes takes you by the hand to the glittering heights of wealth, prestige, and luxury usually reserved for European royalty to the depressingly confined walls of the FDC all the way to the salty crisp air of open sea in his/her latest fantastic tale of hacker-espionage and intrigue. Scenes are described vividly and with style.

Outwitting all challengers to her vision the reader finds the intelligent, resourceful, and shrewd Zaydee aka Her Royal Highness Princess Jane Doe to be a well developed protagonist that never fails to surprise from beginning to end. Settings and characters come alive as Holy Ghost Writer weaves another stellar thriller with non-stop action combined emotional growth.

I have become a fan of Holy Ghost Writer and look forward to reading more of his/her work in the future! If you want a well plotted edge of your seat read I recommend this book.

How did you do it?

I am beginning to think that when someone asks me “How’d you do it?” they are just looking for an excuse to not get off their ass and do the work, because it really is that simple. Another coworker asked I gave the stock answer: I did it by intermittant fasting while eating low carb and hitting the gym as hard as I could. There are lots of ways though what is your goal? Cause the specifics change based on it.

I watched his eyes glaze over, and once I said gym he practically ran from me in terror. He put had put no thought what he wanted. No thought into the sweat equity required. Just winging it wont get the job done. Thinking there is a magic pill/routine/anything that will burn the fat for you is foolish. I just do not understand thinking you can radically change habits without SOME kind vision in mind, and a plan to get there based on the vision.

No wonder everyone seems to jump from one diet to the next. You need a vision to cling to when the sugar cravings hit hard. You need a vision when your legs buckle on that last squat rack.

Last year I told myself I wanted to be under 10 percent bodyfat and looked for a diet and exercise regimen that would take me there. Have the ending in mind first. Everything else will be much easier.

In other words do the work. It. is. that. damn. simple.

April 30

Breakfast: 4 Brown Eggs. Tomatoes. Polish Sausage.

Dinner: Tuna Melt on Sourdough. Spinach salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, carrots, avocado, cheese, and jalapenos with olive oil dressing. Damn good.

I had two beers last night. Blue Moon. Ice cold. Delivered to me by the girlfriend. She’s lovely.

Weight: 220.

Thinking back on my journey over the last year I cant help but dwell on the beginning. A pull up was impossible and the idea of going an entire day without soda was laughable. I read books like Primal Body, Primal Mind: Beyond the Paleo Diet for Total Health and a Longer Life
and thought that is not for me it’s too hard. I love soda, and candy, and cheesecake too much. Oh! How I love cheesecake. Notice how I didn’t say loved. The great thing about how I eat now is how much healthier I feel on a day to day basis. There is no guilt when with friends/family and pie or cake is offered. I am going to eat the pie. Keep the diet simple. Meat. Veggies. Sugars low. It seems so simple, but incredibly difficult without motivation.

My motivation was more painful then it should have been. Watching a yourself balloon up in slow motion in front of a mirror, being called fatty mc fatfat, or any other cruel name wears down your soul, but they didn’t kill it. I still have my soul. I am taking my soul back one squat at a time.

April 28

Breakfast: 5 ounces hard boiled eggs. Broccoli. Mushrooms. 2 ounces olive oil. Bellpeppers. Avocado

Dinner: Rueben sandwitch on sourdough. Spinach. Avocado. Mushrooms. Olive Oil.

Other: Coffee, Tea, and Almonds.

Didnt go to the gym either. Gonna be meeting up with a chicka after work as well…..so beer will be consumed. Tomorrow will be a heavy workout day and probably low carb to recover.

April 21

Breakfast
6 ounces hard boiled whole eggs. Handful of spinach. 2 ounces olive oil. Jalapenos. Salt/Pepper.

Dinner
Organic Kale. 5 ounces prime rib (With Fat). Organic Avocado. Whole Fat Cottage Cheese.

Snacks/Drinks
Pistacios and Almonds. 2 venti starbuck’s coffee with Whole Milk. Herbal Orange Green Tea (caffeine free).

I hit the gym first thing this morning before breakfast or coffee. I always go heavy on leg day and today was no exception. I increased my weight for reps by 10 pounds, and kept my max the same. The program is still Body of a Spartan seeing good results (read: Catching girls checking out the goods. Heh.)

I read a chapter of $100 Start-Up which could be summed up by saying find something marketable that you are passionate about. Do the work. Profit. Seems simple enough.

Blogging 201 Part 2

I want this blog to be a launching pad where I can bounce around ideas with others. Right now I am focused on lifting, eating healthy wholesome food, and reading/writing. 

I changed the theme of the blog. I also have other ideas like the color scheme and changing the header line. 

I saw the simple layout on storyshuckers blog and I want to do the same thing here. Not focus on too much.
