I woke up this morning at 2:30 am sweat pooled on my forehead as I vividly recall the nightmare that woke me from slumber. I was terrified and excited; demons and puppeteers…what a great idea for a story I thought! Spending the next 30-40 minutes writing in bed before collapsing with pen in hand was fulfilling. Something about writing….its hard for me to explain. Perhaps this blog will help.
I want to write my thoughts here four to five times a week. Exercise routines and progress; Meals and Recipies; Short Stories; Investments etc.
My week starts Saturday, so that will be the start of week one. Everything I post before then will be week 0. I just wrote up a short paleo book I am pretty excited about once it goes up on Amazon I’ll link it here. Goal: Have another short story completed and uploaded to Amazon by the end of the month, and have at least 50 followers of my blog by the end of May.

Read: Whisky Sour by J.A. Konrath. Great book will have to write up a review one of these days. Funny with great pacing; I actually got annoyed when someone began speaking to me while reading dont bother me when I’m reading! Goal: Finish all 3 books with notes/annotations/lessons learned by end of the month.
Work is finally slowing down the bills are paid, and I have 0 incentive to continue working the 60 hour weeks that were killing my workout schedule. For fitness I will be continuing to eat paleo, but will be adding carb up days twice a week on leg days for muscle growth. I should have an idea of progress made by the end of May. Goals: Bench Press and squat 245 lbs for 8 reps and 3 sets; Pull-ups: One set of 10 by the end of the month.
