Breakfast: 5 ounces hard boiled eggs. Broccoli. Mushrooms. 2 ounces olive oil. Bellpeppers. Avocado
Dinner: Rueben sandwitch on sourdough. Spinach. Avocado. Mushrooms. Olive Oil.
Other: Coffee, Tea, and Almonds.
Didnt go to the gym either. Gonna be meeting up with a chicka after work as well…..so beer will be consumed. Tomorrow will be a heavy workout day and probably low carb to recover.
